Let’s Do More For Mental Health, Together. Join Us for Take Action for Mental Health LA!
Throughout May and June, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) is bringing communities together through Take Action for Mental Health LA, which is sponsoring a series of fun, free, and collaborative events in support of mental health.
These events aim to help end the stigma that can be tied to mental health and accessing services. Together, we’ll increase awareness about the help that is available, practices that can support wellbeing for ourselves and others, and open up dialogue within our community. Be part of the progress — join us in supporting one another as we build momentum around this important cause!

All scheduled events listed below are FREE and take place at Sycamores’ Palmdale Family Resource Center or in the Palmdale community.
