Mental Health Awareness Month Celebration BBQ

In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, Sycamores’ Palmdale Family Resource Center is delighted to announce a special event that celebrates community, culture, and mental wellness. The community is invited to attend this FREE family event on May 25th.

Attendees will be able to participate in an art project before enjoying a performance by Aztec Dancers and a delicious BBQ lunch (you must register below to receive the free lunch).

Highlights:

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Welcome Refreshments

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Family Art Project

Guests will have the opportunity to get creative with a fun art project suitable for all ages! Express yourself and explore your creativity in a welcoming and supportive environment.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Aztec Performers & BBQ

Experience the mesmerizing artistry of Aztec Dancers as they showcase traditional Indigenous practices. These talented dancers from across Los Angeles County will lead us in a captivating performance that honors heritage and fosters community connection.

A delicious BBQ lunch will be provided to all attendees who RSVP on Eventbrite.
